The Technical Community on Real-Time Systems (TCRTS) addresses hardware and software issues related to the use of computers in real-time data systems, operating systems, processing of acquired data, database management, process control, data acquisition networks, industrial systems, and data communications in both distributed and parallel computing environments. It organizes and sponsors the Real-Time Systems Symposium and other workshops on real-time systems. The TC publishes a quarterly electronic newsletter.
