Abstract

Every day, many ideas of widely varying completeness and quality are generated for new products and services. Organizations and individuals face a constant challenge in how they determine which of these ideas will receive further investment and which not. In this paper, we look at a lightweight approach to the assessment of ideas that helps face this challenge.
