Abstract
Actual observation of ship traffic is the most commonly used and basic method in ship traffic investigation, and its basic purpose is to collect and statistically analyze the basic data needed for ship traffic research, such as ship elements and ship traffic conditions. There are more and more time-space trajectories produced by ships in production activities. How to effectively monitor and manage the abnormal trajectories of ships and find them in time is one of the key technologies to realize intelligent transportation at sea. The premise of finding abnormal trajectories in time is to obtain the typical motion trajectories of ships. However, the navigation AIDS on water are often collided by passing ships while providing navigation AIDS, resulting in the annual emergency repair cost of navigation AIDS reaching several million yuan. This paper first analyzes the message formats of AIS and radar, and completes the relevant data processing work, including the extraction of AIS and radar data messages, data correctness and integrity testing, data decoding and data fusion. Then based on the fused data, the ship collision avoidance model and the ship collision risk assessment model are established by using the improved fuzzy mathematics theory. A ship collision avoidance terminal system based on AIS/radar fusion information is designed and implemented.
