Abstract

The traditional tourism management model faces problems such as uneven distribution of resources, asymmetric information and low standardization of services. In order to provide new ideas and methods to solve these problems, this study adopts a comprehensive research method to understand the theoretical basis and research status of the integration and innovation of smart tourism management and big data technology. Through case analysis, this paper deeply studies the practical cases that have successfully applied smart tourism management and big data technology, and analyzes its successful experience and problems. By collecting and analyzing actual tourism data, the effect and influence of the integration and innovation of smart tourism management and big data (BD) technology are verified. The integration and innovation of smart tourism management and big data technology has important influences and opportunities on the tourism industry, hidden market demands and business opportunities can be discovered, providing tourism enterprises and related industries with Innovative products and services.
