Abstract

In the context of promoting the realization of the “double carbon” goal and building a new power system dominated by new energy, with the increasing demand for grid flexibility, the development of concepts such as virtual power plants has allowed various distributed resources to participate in power system regulation become the focus of much attention. Based on this, a VPP interactive response optimization strategy considering uncertain source load resources is proposed in this paper. Firstly, based on the concept and technical characteristics of virtual power plant (VPP), the interaction framework between virtual power plant and various internal resources is constructed, and the response regulation mechanism is analyzed. Secondly, a resource response behavior prediction model based on improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on virtual power plant is established by using historical power consumption information and load change data, and the response mechanism is established with the goal of maximizing the operating income of VPP. Finally, the simulation analysis and comparison are carried out by MATLAB, and the results verify the effectiveness of the model.
