Abstract

For the traditional watershed algorithm has the problem of over-segmentation and under-segmentation, an improved watershed algorithm is used to segment brain CT images in this paper. By the segmentation, the segmentation results of the improved watershed algorithm show that noise and over-segmentation can be effectively suppressed, and the hemorrhagic areas on brain CT images can also be marked out.
