Abstract

Purpose: this study focuses on the effect of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on complication of sepsis. Method: in order to improve the correctness and authenticity of the research results, this study selected the patients diagnosed as complication of sepsis in our hospital as the object of the study. The data of the study were 64 cases, and all the subjects were divided into average groups, the observation group and the control group were 32 cases each from April 2017 to June 2018. The control group was treated with simple western medicine. On the basis of the control group, the observation group was treated with self-designed Fuzheng Jiedu prescription, and the outcome of the two groups was compared, the APACHE II score and the fatality rate of 28d patients after treatment were compared. [Results]: the study showed that the effective rate of the observation group was much higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the APACHE II score was also significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference between the two groups was significant. [Conclusion]: to sum up, the patients with complication of sepsis complicated by traditional Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve their recovery and rehabilitation and without adverse reactions, which is worthy of further clinical application.
