Abstract
The traditional teaching reform assistant system only analyzes the limited teaching case data, which leads to the poor improvement of teaching effect and low practical application value. In view of the above problems, a teaching reform assistant system of Microbiology based on big data mining is designed. Based on the hardware of the traditional teaching reform assistant system, the software part of the system is designed. Build the data warehouse of the system, and use big data mining technology to extract information data related to courses. Using clustering algorithm to design the information recommendation module of the system, so that teachers can use the cutting-edge knowledge of the course in time, and complete the design of the auxiliary system of teaching reform. The experimental results show that, compared with the traditional teaching reform assistant system, the teaching reform assistant system based on big data mining saves about 41 % of CPU memory under the high concurrent users, and after the application of the system for teaching reform, students' abilities have been significantly improved.
