Abstract
This paper provides the latest information on browser fingerprinting issues in the Dark Web. The data analysis has been initiated, and the latest techniques for browser fingerprinting are included. A comparative analysis between different browser fingerprinting techniques has also been conducted. After analysing the gaps in previous techniques, a better approach has been planned which is explained in part 4. This approach aims to detect illegal forum activities in the Dark Web by using browser fingerprinting methods and to protect innocent users, such as whistle-blowers, from browser fingerprinting attacks. Browser fingerprinting actions do not include sensitive user information, making data analysis possible without ethical issues.
