Abstract
In the software life cycle, the personal behavior process of the software engineer causes the significant influence into the software metrics and the productivity. This relation is true of the life cycle of the education and training of the software engineering. The trainee's practice that depends on his/her understanding causes his/her micro-process into the behavior of try an d error. By getting the data of micro-process, the trainer will be able to iss ue the appropriate instruction for each trainee effectively. I insist that the trainer should have an interest in the micro-process of trainee's learning.
