Abstract

As human life expectancy continues to increase and the trend towards fewer children continues to spread, more elderly people are in need for community-based elderly care service. In order to ensure the orderly implementation of various specific matters in the community-based elderly care service mode, it is necessary to study the information coordination mechanism of multi-participants in community-based elderly care. Therefore, this paper analyzed the multi-participants of community elderly information coordination, namely, the elderly, families of the elderly, elderly care service providers and government departments. And based on the access mechanism and decentralization degree of the consortium chain in blockchain, this study constructed a blockchain-enabled information coordination mechanism of multi-participants in community-based elderly care. The results of this study may provide a reference for the construction of the information coordination mechanism of multi-participants in community-based elderly care, and help clarify the information supply and information demand of different participating parties in community-based elderly care.
