Abstract
Welcome to the 31st annual IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics (HiPC 2024). This is the seventh year HiPC has broadened the technical program to specifically include topics related to scalable data science, and paper submissions were invited to either the four HPC tracks of Algorithms, Applications, Architecture and Systems Software or the two Data Science tracks of Scalable Algorithms, and Analytics and Scalable Systems and Software. As the program chair for each section of tracks, we recruited the twelve track vice-chairs who built the program committee with a total of 239 technical program committee members who are experts in their respective track areas and who organized the review to address each area.
