Abstract

This study aims to support the selection of aircraft for aeromedical rescue operations in an Offshore company using the multi-criteria decision support method, among 6 aircraft models that were evaluated based on 6 criteria. The method used in the analysis was the hybrid PSI-CoCoSo method. The Preference Selection Index (PSI) method was used to determine the criteria weights and the CoCoSo - Combined Compromise Solution method was used to rank the alternatives. As a result, the S-92 A (OMNI) and AW139 (BRISTOW) aircraft occupied the first two positions. After sensitivity analysis with lambda variation between 0 and 1, the position of the alternatives remains the same. This study contributed to scientific research in the field of Operations Research and to society, as the methodology can be adapted to other contexts, such as industries, etc. As a suggestion for future studies, the use of the price criterion, which was not considered in this analysis is recommended.
