Abstract
Li-Fi technology, an emerging wireless communication system, utilizes visible light from LED bulbs to transmit data, offering a potential solution to the increasing demand for wireless communication in a world where the radio frequency spectrum is becoming congested. This paper delves into the principles of Li-Fi, contrasting it with the widely-used Wi-Fi technology. It highlights the advantages of Li-Fi, such as its high speed, security, and energy efficiency. The paper also discusses the current challenges faced by Li-Fi technology and its potential future applications, emphasizing its role in bridging the digital divide. By providing a comprehensive overview of Li-Fi, this research aims to shed light on its significance in the evolving landscape of wireless communication.
