Abstract

In order to study energy regeneration of motor under different working conditions, the test platform including the modules such as high power switching power supply, DC motor drive circuit, current and voltage detection circuit and protection circuit is designed. To enhance the working stability of these circuits, the co-simulation is done with the software Proteus, Saber and Matlab. The simulation model of control circuits containing high and feeble current modules is constructed, and the simulation results demonstrate the energy regeneration efficiency is over 60% under the given circumstances, so the research lays a foundation for developing the electromagnetic damper with energy regeneration function.
