Abstract
In some places, the dissemination route of red culture is relatively single, which fails to dig deep into the connotation of red cultural resources, and some red cultural resources are showing signs of gradual disappearance. In this paper, these red cultural heritages are digitally stored in the platform, and displayed and disseminated through the platform, which can make more people know about red culture without leaving home and is beneficial to red culture education. The overall architecture of the red culture digital protection platform adopts independent MVC architecture based on Java EE platform. As an independent unit, big data analysis engine is developed and built on Linux server as a whole, and MySQL database is used as a data integration scheme. The improved CF(collaborative filtering) algorithm is used to recommend red cultural resources. The experimental results show that the value of MAE calculated by the input matrix preprocessing scheme of CF algorithm proposed in this paper is lower than that of the traditional CF recommendation algorithm, and it can better deal with the sparsity of input matrix. Providing specific users with more concerned resources and information through big data platform and recommendation algorithm is an important technical means to improve user experience and expand the attraction of the platform. It solves the storage and retrieval problems of a large number of scanned documents and textual documents of folk cultural materials, which is beneficial to red culture education.
