Abstract
As an important node of express delivery network, hub location has gradually become the focus of cross-border logistics enterprises. Based on the location of the ports and terminal service centers, the volume of express delivery, the cost advantage brought by economies of scale and other information, this paper reasonably plans the location and quantity, and designs a set of reasonable logistics distribution network system. In this paper, the distribution cost is considered, and the existing terminal service center is expanded into a hub center. Gap statistics is used to determine the number of distribution centers required, the initial location of the hubs is given by K-means clustering, and the optimal location of hubs is obtained by Genetic Algorithm.
