Abstract
3D printing is an important part of the fourth industrial revolution, and 3D printing technology has gradually penetrated into various fields. 3D printing will significantly reduce the advantages of producing small lot sizes in low-wage countries via reduced need for factory workers [1]. 3D printer is the cornerstone of 3D printing technology. As one of the most important parts of a 3D printer, the slider of 3D printer affects the life and accuracy of the machine. In this paper, a new type of triple slider is designed. The new triple slider will be used on the 3D printer to improve the accuracy of the slider when the wearing occurs . The new triple slider will Increase the service life of the 3D printer with low cost.
