Abstract
Along with the acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the ratio of building energy consumption to the commercial energy remains high, which is becoming more prominent on the national economy development and people's normal life. The problem that government office buildings and large public buildings with high energy consumption has become a major issue to the socio-economic development. The energy saving measures to China's large public buildings must be taken. In this paper, a large public building energy consumption clausal measurement & real-time monitoring system EMS-Ⅱ(EMS-Ⅱ)developed by Tsinghua University has a real-time sub-metering to monitor energy consumption of a large public building in Qingdao. It provides the basis data and relevant reference for the stipulation of building energy analysis and building energy saving standards in Qingdao and the country.
