Abstract
Due to the extension of network transmission and link congestion in software-defined networks, the paper proposes to apply the Floyd algorithm idea to software-defined networks. This method can find the shortest path in the topology to reduce the transmission time delay. In order to improve the transmission rate of the network, the SDN simulation platform is built by Mininet and Ryu controller in the Ubuntu system environment, and the simulation experiment of SDN network is carried out. The controllers added to Floyd algorithm are compared with the traditional SDN controller. The experimental results show that The controller added to the Floyd algorithm reduces the global transmission delay and improves the transmission rate of the network, providing a good shortest path strategy for the software-defined network. Finally, the SDN network joining the Floyd algorithm is summarized.
