Abstract
This paper explains the main contents of the integration theory of modern e-commerce enterprises, which covers the architecture, theoretical basis, enabling technology and general reference system of the modern integration theory. Then, on the basis of integration theory, the basic concepts and structures of virtual enterprise organization network and virtual enterprise group are defined, and the structure model of virtual enterprise group and virtual enterprise integration model based on Multi-agent are proposed accordingly. Finally, using system analysis method, and based on building a multi-level framework of virtual enterprise integrated management, the contents of integrated management at all levels are analyzed in detail, which is based on technology integration, taking business integration as the core, organizational integration as the guarantee and strategic knowledge integration as the goal. A virtual enterprise technology integration platform model based on such model is constructed. The model is applied to the integrated management design of virtual enterprise, and a series of improvement measures are put forward to realize the multi-level integrated management.
