Abstract

At present, wireless communication technology is in a period of rapid development. As the transceiver of radio waves, the performance of the antenna directly affects the quality of communication. However, in practical application, the aircraft surface antenna will be affected by natural factors such as environment and weather, which greatly increases the hidden danger of failure. Therefore, the detection of antenna performance is very important. However, the traditional method of using a vector network analyzer to detect the reflection coefficient of antenna ports one by one has the disadvantages of cumbersome process and low efficiency. Based on antenna scattering theory, this paper introduces microwave imaging technology to analyze the scattering characteristics of aircraft surface antennas and verify the feasibility of the method by designing antenna and load models so that they are at different matching degrees.
