Abstract
To address issues such as increasing number of broadcasting satellite transponders, signal systems becoming increasingly complex and higher requirements on spectrum monitoring in respect of real-time and all-weather coverage are required, this paper introduces a spectrum monitoring equipment based on a high-performance ARM microprocessor platform, as well as the design and implementation of a new generation of monitoring applications. Other than describing the overall structure, software architecture and key algorithms of the system, this paper also discusses in detail the center frequency of the carrier signal of the system and the calculation method for 3dB bandwidth. It has been verified that the system can complete spectrum monitoring and relevant data analysis and calculation tasks as required.
