Abstract
With the rapid development of social economy, network science has already penetrated in various aspects of people's work and life. And weibo and WeChat have been the information platform for people's daily communication. The rapid development of new media is a challenge and an opportunity. In order to make courts adapt to the challenge in new media era, it not only should notice the own work of courts, but also should complete public opinion guidance. People's courts should positively utilize advantages and features of new media platform to change from the traditional working mode to the innovative working mode, apply new media technology and platform to promote success of judicial publicity and improve appetency and credibility of people's courts.
