Abstract
In recent years, malignant tumor has become the first “killer” endangering the health of Chinese. Most of the existing studies focus on the pathogenesis, regional distribution and influencing factors of malignant tumor, while few studies on the age evolution of cancer mortality rate. By collecting relevant data and using R/S fractal method, this paper obtains the age evolution trend and characteristics of the malignant tumor mortality rate of Chinese, that is, the mortality rate in various age groups will be declining in the next few years, but the downward trend of children, adolescents and young residents is more obvious, while that of middle-aged and elderly residents is relatively vague. In terms of the reasons, there are positive factors such as economic development, scientific and technological progress, environmental governance, the popularization of cancer knowledge, and the change of life style, and the negative factors such as environmental pollution, accelerated aging process, increased social competition pressure, bad living habits and other negative factors. Therefore, the government should continue to strengthen the control of environmental pollution and encourage the research and development of new anti-cancer technologies and new drugs. At the same time, the government should actively publicize the knowledge of cancer prevention and anti-cancer, improve people's awareness of self-care, and promote the early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment of malignant tumors, so as to reduce the mortality of malignant tumors.
