Abstract
The aim of this research is to study poverty alleviation by developing the traditional Chinese medicine industry in Longxi county of Gansu province and analyze the practical importance of multivariate coordinated promotion of poverty alleviation by developing the TCM Industry for backward areas. In poverty alleviation by developing TCM industry, there are structural defects and inadequate capability among the multiple major participants, imperfect benefit-linking mechanism, and lack of democratic and supervisory mechanism. Correspondingly, it is suggested to clarify the functions of each party, improve the structure of multi-subject collaborative governance, and optimize the performance assessment, win-win outcomes, and benefit-linking system in poverty alleviation by developing TCM industry. The use of modern information technology to establish a two-way supervision mechanism for TCM industry’s multi-subject poverty alleviation to provide reference for further promoting the multi-subject collaborative governance mechanism.
