Abstract
With the development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) applications, UA V communication has become one of hot issues. Aiming at decreasing bandwidth consumption for UAV, the control of UAV panoramic video is proposed in this paper. The method is based on the dynamic frame rate techniques, which adaptively remove the redundant B frames from video stream according to the attention tracking. Preliminary experiments show that our method can obtain 15%-25% of bandwidth saving, compared with the traditional panoramic video stream.
