Abstract
This paper discusses the intranet service system and application of SCM software of enterprise. Firstly, it denotes Intranet service system, which includes two aspects: functional areas of Intranet service system and Internet/intranet integration issues. The paper suggests an evolution process of Intranet strategy. Secondly, the paper shows three components of SCM, and analyzes the two SCM systems: push-based supply chain and pull-based supply chain. Thirdly, the paper argues how to integrate the supply chain within the Intranet service system. Fourthly, the paper describes how to manage the retail supply chain. Finally, the paper demonstrates the intranet service system and application of SCM software, and advocates the future trends.
