Abstract
In this paper, from the perspective of enhancing the partial discharge photodetection efficiency, Dy3+ and Ce3+ doped fluorescent glass are used as front-end coupling photoconductors to enhance the detection efficiency in the UV spectral band of the discharge, and a broad spectrum and high sensitivity partial discharge photodetection is achieved by matching the fluorescent photoconductors with single photon devices. In the study, the excitation spectra and fluorescence spectral properties of the two fluorescent photoconductors were compared and analyzed, and their matching efficiency with silicon photomultiplier and photomultiplier tube was calculated.
