Abstract
I would like to welcome you to ISPASS 2016, in Uppsala, Sweden. A total of 77 papers were submitted and were considered for the Technical Program. From these, 28 were selected as full papers, and 11 as posters. For those papers not accepted, we hope that the technical reviews we provided will prove helpful for future revisions. I thank all authors who submitted their work for consideration.
