Abstract
To investigate the effects of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) on the expression of lipogenic gene in the liver of lactating mice. Sixteen mice were randomly assigned to the control group (1.5% LA oil) or CLA groups (1.5% CLA oil) from day 4 to 14 postpartum. The parameters of plasma and liver was assessed. The insulin resistance of lactating mice was examined. The expression of lipogenic genes was analyzed in liver tissue between control and CLA group via Real-time PCR. The results indicated that the food intake of CLA group was significantly decreased compared with control group (P 0.05). The CLA group has a significantly higher content of CHO, HDL, LDL (P
