Abstract
With the development of new-generation information technology and the rise of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence, the reform and optimization of "Internet +" teaching platform have been promoted. Based on the analysis of mainstream online teaching platforms at home and abroad in the context of "Internet +", this paper puts forward such problems as insufficient course resources for informal education, single teaching form, limited support and service ability, and unbalanced online and offline development. Therefore, through the collaborative development of the content, quantity and form of the course, this paper provides a good learning support service system and online and offline hybrid teaching, while using series of relevant countermeasures such as big data and artificial intelligence new technologies to enhance resource sharing and human-computer interaction capabilities, a new exploration of the new teaching platform are taken under the background of "Internet +".
