Abstract
The military software capability maturity model is a set of best practices of the whole life cycle process technology and management of military software. GJB5000B level 3 emphasizes the establishment and use of reusable assets for the organization, which is a summary of the best practices of most military-industrial units. Through the mutual iteration of the establishment and maintenance of the process asset library and the operation of the project-level system, it accumulates and excavates continuously in the project technology and management process, and extracts the effective information from the massive knowledge base, to continuously enrich the organizational process library, to promote the continuous improvement of organizational capacity. By using these assets in the project, the sustainable accumulation of organizational assets can be realized and the process performance of the project can be improved.
