Abstract

This paper aimed at investigating what role the claudin-7, Fas and integrin ß1 play in the occurrence and development of gastric carcinoma. Method: immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect Claudin-7, Fas and integrin ß1 expression in 45 gastric cancer tissues (gastric carcinoma group) and 10 normal gastric mucosa tissue (normal group), Spearman correlation analysis method was used to analyse the correlation between the three indices and clinicopathological parameters of gastric cancer.
