Abstract
The 29th International Telecommunication Networks and Applications Conference (ITNAC 2019) takes place at the Auckland University of Technology in Auckland, New Zealand, from 26-29 November 2019. It continues a series of successful conferences in the Australasian region, previously called ATNAC until 2014. The ITNAC conference series has attracted academics, scientists and members of government and industry, not only from Australia, New Zealand and Asia, but also from Europe, the Americas and other regions of the world. It thus has gained a truly international character, which has given rise to its support from the international research community. The IEEE is a key sponsor of the conference and accepted papers that are presented at the conference will be published through the IEEE Xplore.
