Abstract
It is with great pleasure that we welcome you to the 21st IEEE International Conference on Mobile Ad hoc and Smart Systems (IEEE MASS 2024) which is being held in beautiful Seoul, South Korea. The conference is being held from September 23 to 25, 2024. It is an honor and a privilege for us to serve as General Co-Chairs of the conference.
