Abstract
This article analyzes the importance of real estate marketing in the era of big data. The content of this article includes how to enhance the value of data application, the important means of reconstructing marketing strategies, and the inevitable trend of changes in the marketing system. Combining the content of real estate marketing strategy, the author studies how to analyze customer needs, do a good job of customer segmentation and clustering, optimize marketing strategy distribution models, improve the real estate marketing system, strengthen marketing effect evaluation, and improve the overall quality of personnel.
