Abstract
Deals with the deployment of the PROCESS WEAVER tool to support the processes of the daily work in our company, Cap Gemini Innovation. The first part of this paper describes the main concepts and functionalities of PROCESS WEAVER, followed by a description of how process support has been gradually introduced in the company. The examples described are chosen to illustrate how the use of process modelling and support functions can be gradually introduced into an organization like ours. The described process support introduction program described is phased, with future effort directed towards supporting distributed work processes-especially important since Cap Gemini Innovation, the research branch of the Cap Gemini Sogeti Group, consists of three research centres, two in France (Grenoble and Paris) and one in the Netherlands (Rijswijk).<>
