Abstract
It is our privilege to welcome all the participants to the vibrant and colorful city of New Delhi, India. We warmly welcome you to the 1Oth IEEE International Symposium on Smart Electronic Systems (IEEE-iSES, formerly I EEE-iNIS, https://www.ieee-ises.org/). The primary objective of I EEE-iSES is to provide a platform for hardware, software, and system researchers to interact under one umbrella to catalyze the future development of smart electronic systems. Efficient VLSI-driven circuits, sensors, and architectures are at the heart of modern electronic systems. At the same time, efficient artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, firmware, and middleware complement the hardware to enable adaptable softwaredriven strategies for efficient processing, communication, and storage in our digital world. These foundational hardware and software components are the driving force behind emerging Internet of Things (loT) devices, edge computing, cyber-physical systems, and large cloud computing platforms. The growth and proliferation of these platforms is largely dependent upon advances in both hardware and software. Disseminating and promoting such advances is a key goal of IEEE-iSES.
